About Sabbath School Ministry

The mission of the Sabbath School is to make disciples of all nations through the systematic study of God’s Word, fellowship, mission and service. Sabbath School is the heartbeat of the church, nurturing members spiritually while equipping them to share the everlasting gospel with the world. At Kilimani Springs SDA, Sabbath School deepens Bible study, inspire mission-driven living, and create a warm, Christ-centered community where faith is strengthened and shared. The Kilimani Springs Sabbath School Department serves four vital purposes

Bible Study & Spiritual Growth: Encouraging deep, consistent study of Scripture and the Sabbath School lesson, making the Bible practical and life-transforming.
Fellowship & Community: Building strong, Christ-centered relationships through small groups, where members can connect, share, and support each other.
Mission & Outreach: Keeping the global mission of the church alive through mission reports, giving, and community engagement projects, from our neighborhoods in Nairobi and to the world.
Service & Action: Mobilizing members to serve in acts of kindness, evangelism, and discipleship that reflect Christ’s character in practical ways.

The Sabbath School department, discipleship and mission go hand in hand. It is not just a program before divine service. It is a worldwide movement, preparing members to:

Understand the Word of God deeply and apply it to everyday life.
Nurture a missionary spirit, always ready to serve across the street or across the globe.
Strengthen the body of Christ, where every member feels part of a family that grows together.
